Manakaar farmstay cottages are part of a 6 acre farm near Almora/Binsar - outcome of our dream to leave the hustle bustle of a city for an idyllic rural life. We have two similar cottages, next to each other.

We reside at the farm, along with few chickens, goats, cat and dogs, apart from animals in the wild who come visiting. We also has a functional woodworking area.

Charges include places to stay, water& electric supply and cooking gas. Charges do not include meals or kitchen supplies.

The farm is 1.5 kilometers from the main road. The access is through a 'kucha' road (dirt road) which is not sedan friendly. Small cars and SUVs are manageable. Currently the road gets messy during the rains so the best option is reach Haldwani/Kathgodam by train and take a cab to the farm.
