Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

Set in the beautiful Charente Maritime countryside Le Manoir du Mûrier is a former 16th century hunting lodge once owned by the Marquis des Adjots. Kick back, relax & unwind in this peaceful oasis, nestled in 15 acres with its own lake, in the heart of wine region. Mûrier Cottage is tastefully decorated & furnished, has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests comfortably, has its own private entrance through the walled courtyard. In the grounds is a large salt water swimming pool & terrace.

Le gîte est à moins de 10 mn de Salies de Béarn, ses thermes et toutes les commodités ou encore de Sauveterre de Béarn. Saint Palais, carrefour médiéval sur le chemin de Saint Jacques où convergent les trois voies du Puy, de Vézelay et de Tours est à 20 mn. La côte Atlantique (Hendaye, Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz etc. et les Pyrénées sont à environ 50mn en voiture.

Niché dans un écrin de verdure, dans un parc de 70ha, ce cottage rénové de 25m2 vous enchantera par son cadre reposant, sa terrasse de 27m2, sa vue sur le lac, au milieu des pins. Deux vélos adultes, draps, serviettes, ménage, plancha sont inclus . Le Village sous les pins est un village vacances avec nombreuses infrastructures: piscines, mini golf, courts de tennis, city stade, aire de jeux, salle de sport, amphithéâtre, bars, restaurant, supérette et animations en saison.

Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

Recently and lovingly renovated, it boasts two stylish sitting-rooms, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace with views over the river Saison, a decadent bathroom and 10 acres of land for you to roam around. Take refreshing swims or fish in the river, enjoy leisurely walks or say hello to our farm animals.

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
