The space
“The Minivet Perch” is located in North Side of jim corbett National park which is close to Sona Nadi zone of Jim Corbett National park (Corbett Jungle safari available) and 62km from Kotdwara city.. This side is at its nascent stage of tourism. The property is like 200m away from the mandal river (Best time to enjoy is from july to January) and you can have a beautiful view of sunrise from the terrace and even from one of the rooms. The rooms have a front view to forest from where the mighty jim Corbett park stars and at night there are high chances that you might hear or see some animals passing by in the jungle.

The Rooms are on second floor with a private kitchen and a private terrace. These Family rooms offer forest view, perfect for families or a group of friends seeking a peaceful stay. With ample space, it comfortably accommodates a family of four adults and rest children, featuring a king-size bed, with one extra side bed, a private kitchen, a living area with dining facilities, and a private terrace. The room includes an attached washroom for convenience. Guests can enjoy the nature from the comfort of their room and their private terrace. Here, guests are allowed to cook their own food, enabling them to enjoy their time with their loved ones.

• All guests must show a valid ID when they check in.

🚭 No Smoking Inside the House
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or kitchen.
• You can smoke in the outdoor areas if you wish.

⚡ Electricity & Wi-Fi
• We have power backup through an inverter, so no worries during power cuts.
• Our place has good Jio and airtel (not very good) for calls but we have Wifi, so you can attend online classes, make video calls, or watch YouTube without problems.

Note - Guest has to bring the raw material if they want to cook themselves becase it is a rural area and only basic things are available here.
We also have a seperate menu where guest can ask our staff to cook but it is on additional cost.
