We have achieved these accolades because we work hard & spend money regularly on maintaining the AmaziStay standards. We have immensely benefitted from the good advise given by our past guests. This helped us meet their expectations.
We believe in giving the best value for money to our guests & we want our guests to have a great experience at our AmaziStay.
To keep the AmaziStay standards we spend lots of time & money on even the little things, so kindly do not misuse or damage anything or request us for discounts or waivers or free overstay etc.
Saying NO & hearing NO, usually strains relationships but we have to say NO (if you ask for unreasonable things), because we have to keep the high AmaziStay standards. Money & protocol & proper behavior is needed to maintain the place nicely.
Please understand that if we say NO, it is not because we do not like you. It is not Personal but strictly Professional. We have multiple investors who need to be paid & hence cannot afford to offer any freebies.
Kindly follow all House Rules too, so as not to disturb others or use things improperly or damage things & property.
We know Money is important to you. This is why our base price is kept low to encourage first time users at our AmaziStay.
Extra charges are there for certain things & this way you need to pay for only what you wish to use at our AmaziStay.
You will not need to pay for things you don't need.
Please read everything carefully to avoid misunderstandings later.
A: Things which are FREE to use but NOT for Misuse or ABUSE

4. Use of the Clothes Lines in the balcony to dry clothes.
5. You can use the Private Balconies with Outdoor Chairs & Table to have a small snack, but not at night after 8 PM or before 7 AM, because it disturbs neighbours. Please NO NOISE in the Balconies after 9 PM, since it disturbs others.
6. Personal Garden with Outdoor Chairs & Table. You can have a small snack here, but NO NOISE at night, because it disturbs neighbours.
7. Please enjoy the views of the gardens and the fish etc but do not feed the fish or dirty the little water pond here. Please do not pluck the flowers or remove plants and kindly maintain silence at all times.
6. Appliances like Hot Water Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Induction stove, Flasks, IKEA Bowls, Plates & Glasses & a Washing Sink with some cleaning brushes & soap are available in the kitchenette.
7. Lots of Storage Space in Wardrobes with Cloth Hangers
8. Private Bathrooms with washbasin, western toilet, showers with hot water
9. Sofa Beds in the bedrooms & also Sofa Beds in the Living Space are for sitting or lounging but STRICTLY NOT for eating or drinking or smoking

12. Dining Table & Chairs. Please eat ONLY here & not on sofas or beds or bedrooms etc.

2. Essential toiletries like soaps, shampoos etc. We do not keep them because many guests prefer to use their own toiletries

Things which Need to be Paid for but Are Always Available
1. Air Conditioners : The air is cooler than the rest of the city & pollution free due to the tree cover & gardens. We stay nearby and personally never need to use our AC & rarely use a fan.
BOTH Bedrooms in the flat have Air Conditioners. The rest of the house like Living, Dining, Open Kitchen also has a large AC.
AC remotes will be given to Guests only on Extra payment of Rs 500 per day per AC. Payment is needed even for a short time AC usage.
2. Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is owned by the Host & is private for Guest use at anytime (after prior payment of Rs 600 for every 20 minute usage)
The Jacuzzi can seat a couple & one kid and is inside your personal space & you can use it at any time, day or night. Please pay first before usage. We have Digital Records which make us aware when the hot water is in use and when the Jacuzzi is on.
3. Extra Towels & Bedsheets & Pillows & accommodation for more Guests. If more people wish to stay, you can pay for them separately when you visit & get extra pillows, bedsheets etc. But please inform us in advance before extra people come & discuss the payment too.
Sometimes you may not be sure how many people will come. In such a case, you can book for 1 or 2 guests at first & then pay for the rest when they arrive.
Please NOTE: If a person visits the flat, even if they do not stay in the flat, you will have to pay (as if they stayed). So if you do not wish to pay for a visitor, please meet them outside the flat.
4. Smoking may be done in the balcony (after closing bedroom door & windows) with prior permission & after paying extra or after closing the bathroom & keeping the exhaust on. Strictly no smoking in the bedrooms or gardens or living spaces or other areas. We will charge extra because it costs us to remove the smells from the various places due to smoking. Please NO NOISE in the balcony, so please inform us if you plan to book and are a smoker.
5. Drinks are allowed with permission and after making prior payment. We need to know in advance so that we can make the needed arrangements if someone is going to consume alcohol or smoke etc.
Things which need to be paid for but are NOT always available even if you are ready to pay
1. Swimming Pool : Payment is needed but Flat Owners Association has to agree. Usually they may not allow it for too many guests. If you plan to stay long term then permissions are easier. Proper attire like swimming costumes, hair caps etc will be needed.
2. Gym : Similar conditions as with the Swimming Pool. Proper clothes and shoes will be needed.
3. Access to shared gardens is free but we cannot have guests roaming around in the Residential Apartment without considering the time & noise, because other flat owners may object to privacy intrusion.
PRECAUTION :
Please DO NOT put anything other than water in the Kettle or Flasks. If you put milk, tea or other things, it leaves stains & smells & causes damage. Please pay to buy a new Kettle or Flask & carry this item with you if you have put anything other than water.
Accidents happen & things break or spoil. This is not anybody's fault.
If anything is damaged or stained or broken or misused or if some issue happens with neighbours etc
1. please declare the accident immediately (day or night) on message via Airbnb
2. pay for it later after discussion (if possible) or discuss with Airbnb to compensate the owner of this flat. Airbnb has a special insurance policy for accidental damage, so you need not worry if the amount is large; Airbnb can pay for it.
Please declare any damages or stains immediately on the Airbnb app messaging to the Host & Helpdesk, because this keeps your ratings good with Airbnb. If we find damages & declare it, then it spoils your reputation & strains our relationship too.
EATING, DRINKING & SMOKING
Please eat only in the dining space or in your private balcony or garden. If one eats in the bedroom or sofas etc a hefty penalty will be levied. Our bedsheets, towels etc are white for cleanliness & hygiene. Please don't throw them on the floor or dirty them. Hang them in the balcony if they get wet.
Once more let us remind you, If you wish to use the Shared Pool & Gym (at specified allowed times) we need to take permission from the Flat Owners Association & if allowed you have to pay EXTRA for it. ( For Short term stays or for larger groups, access to pool/gym may not be allowed ). We recommend you use our Personal Jacuzzi.
Play areas for kids & gardens to walk in for adults are on shared spaces. Please ensure good behaviour in public spaces.
Nearly all our guests have loved our place and keep coming back to stay with us.
Many beautiful music videos have been shot in the property. We can arrange for private podcasts in the flat. It is a great place for selfies & reels.
Stay here in the heart of the city & yet be secluded from the noise & pollution to relax here. Experience a special kind of work from home.
An ideal place to stay if you wish to

2. with the family or
3. to have a get together/party) ( PERMITTED ONLY after taking PRIOR PERMISSION & making an EXTRA PAYMENT ). Get-together attracts higher charges. Please discuss your needs before booking.
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed inside the apartment ONLY after a proper discussion before booking. They can be housed in the private garden space. We cannot risk pets damaging expensive furniture or Jacuzzi etc. Please understand our concerns and do not bring pets indoors. Make sure your pet will stay quietly in the designated garden space. If not, please leave your pet in a good pet home or private shelter till you checkout of our place.
No rave parties or drugs or illegal activities allowed even if you can pay more !
All lights, fans are connected to Smart Switches and can be operated using your Mobile & Alexa app. Please use it to switch off things when not required & save power.
Please be environmentally conscious.
Wet organic waste goes in a separate bin & dry waste like paper, plastic, glass etc goes into another bin. Please segregate waste & keep the plastic buckets outside the main door by 9 AM without fail. If garbage is not placed outside on time, then extra payment of Rs 200 will be charged to dispose it off separately.
If waste is not segregated into Wet & Dry Waste, we are charged Rs 2000 as a penalty, by the municipal authorities & this will be borne by whoever is responsible.
No need to carry keys or worry about losing keys. We have digital locks on all doors. You can open the door using your mobile.
However, entry and exit at late hours may bother other residents so please discuss in detail at first, if that is needed. Always leave and enter the flat quietly without disturbing others and do not move in groups. It creates noise when people walk and talk.
If you come out of the flat between 8 PM to 8 AM, please do not talk on mobile or make noise etc. It disturbs others. Keep sounds inside the flat only.
Smoking or drinking or both, music & parties of any kind, like birthday parties or friends getting together etc cause issues because neighbours can complain. Please discuss your plans on how you use the apartment before you book, so that both Guests & Hosts & Neighbours are comfortable.
We prefer booking only on Airbnb because this protects us and you. You are welcome to visit us directly & check before finalising & booking on Airbnb.
Please remember Pool & Gym are shared property & may not be available even if you pay extra & usage depends on permission of Apartment Residents Association. Jacuzzi is always available since it is our personal property.
Guest access
You have your own private balconies, chairs & tables to relax or work. Please always maintain behaviour which does not disturb neighbours and do things which are only legal.
Pool & Gym may not be available sometimes even if you pay, and depends on Apartment Residents Association.
You have access to a quaint kitchenette with an electric kettle, induction stove, microwave, flask, glasses, plates, bowls, spoons & forks. Some tea bags, instant coffee, creamers, sugar & salt etc can be made available on prior request. If you need more kitchen utensils etc it is possible on request.
For long stays if you are ready to pay extra & request in advance, many more things can be arranged.
We prefer well mannered people who do not disturb others. If you have a well trained quiet pet, we have ample space for him or her to relax or play in a private garden. Pets are not allowed indoors.
Kids are welcome & can use our special toys, indoor slide & the designated play area.
We offer free high speed internet & 2 TVs & ACs in all the living areas. For using ACs separate payment per AC is needed.
You can order lunch & dinner from your rooms on Swiggy/Zomato or find good food at restaurants that are just a walk away. We request guests to use only the dining room table & chairs to eat to avoid spills & promote hygiene in the bedroom. Damages to sofas or bedsheets are chargeable.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are possible to arrange at extra cost. Please request in advance for this. Breakfast timings are 8 AM to 10AM.
Our outdoor barbecue can be used for vegetarian cooking only. You have to make a prior request and pay to use it and do it without disturbing neighbours.
Cycles can be made available at Rs 100 a day for adults & kids on prior request.
Airport drop or pickup by a luxury car is possible based on availability on prior request. Please be careful of noise or avoid entry and exit at odd hours to not invite complaints from neighbours.

Other things to note
Bangalore is a city with the best weather in India. Our residence being situated close to many lakes, trees & defence land is relatively unpolluted & much cooler than the rest of Bangalore. We have ACs in all the bedrooms & also in the living room/kitchen/dining space. But, you may not need the ACs or the fans because it is great weather here. Hot water is available in the bathrooms for free.
If you wish to stay for a long period we can work something special for you on appliances and also on price.
Pool & Gym are payable extra, but may not be available sometimes and permission to use depends on Apartment Residents Association.
Traffic in Bangalore is a big pain point. One loses a lot of time & much money going from one place to another.
Our residence is located in a sweet spot near Phoenix Mall of Asia, Hebbal junction. It is close to the city centre, provides easy access to Manyata Tech Park, IT companies, the old world charm & also to the Bangalore International Airport.
So when you choose your place of stay, evaluate location to save time & money. You will love our location.
