Instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival on how to get to the property and access the apartment. We will be available by call for any assistance you may need.

The apartment has direct access to the Benaulim beach and is close to popular restaurants, shops, bar and clubs.

FREE private parking for cars and scooters is available within the property gates.
> Cleaning
We offer cleaning services after check in, and also have provided basic cleaning tools in the home for guests to use and keep the apartment clean.
> Kitchen
We have a full size refrigerator, induction, cutlery, crockery and basic cooking utensils to prepare meals. Also, basic cooking ingredients are provided (oil, salt and pepper). Small grocery stores and vegetable stores are available within a 5 minute walk.

The path to the beach is located around 300m from the apartment's gate. The pool is a beautiful place to relax and swim. It is open from 9am till 6pm. Please read and follow the guidelines at the pool.
