Guest access
Rooms 1, 2, and 3 are located on the first floor, while Rooms 4 and 5 are on the ground floor.
All rooms are private and must be booked separately. Guests will have access only to the room they have reserved.
The kitchen, located on the first floor, is available upon request and on a chargeable basis.
Certain areas of the property may have restricted access for safety and privacy reasons.
Only registered guests are permitted within the premises.
A common balcony on the first floor is available for use by all guests.
We use a premium RO water purifier for safe drinking water available on request and may be chargeable.
Regarding kitchen usage:
• If you require only utensils (without using gas), the charge will be ₹250 per day (per use)
• If you would like to use the gas as well, the charge will be ₹500 per day (maximum usage up to 12 hours)
Kindly note:
• Food is to be consumed only at the dining table; eating inside the room is not permitted
• After use, please return the utensils and place them in/near the kitchen sink to assist with cleaning
Please note that the kitchen is self-managed, and guests are expected to use it responsibly and maintain cleanliness during and after use.
Usage guidelines:
• Utensils are to be used in proportion to the number of registered guests (e.g., 2 guests = 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 bowls)
• Outside guests are not permitted on the premises
• Any damage to utensils, appliances, or the kitchen area will be assessed and charged accordingly

Other things to note
Please note that you will be provided with a private room within the property, with limited access to common areas. Only the room you have booked will be accessible to you. All other rooms in the property are private, reserved for other guests, and must be booked separately.
Shared spaces such as the dining area, common halls, and seating areas are available to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access to certain facilities, including the kitchen and select areas, is available on a chargeable basis. For further details, please feel free to contact us.

The property and its management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles under any circumstances, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
By checking into the property, guests expressly agree to abide by all applicable local laws and regulations. The property reserves the right to deny admission or request departure of any guest found in violation of these terms or applicable laws, without refund.
Guests acknowledge and accept that their stay is at their own risk. The property and its management shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, illness, financial loss, or any consequential damages incurred during the stay.
By confirming a booking and/or checking in, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property, its owners, and management from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising out of their stay.
