A serene hillside haven, perched on the highest ridge of dense deodar forest at an altitude of 8000 ft, Cedar Hill Lodge is a travelers’ paradise, offering a tranquil retreat amidst giant Cedar trees. As you wander the grounds, discover remnants of its rustic past, pastoral hen houses, a shepherd’s hut that add to the property's charm. Situated along the ancient migration route of the Gaddi tribe, this enchanting property beckons you to connect with nature's splendor and revitalize yourself.

The space
Each room has a large king size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Child (age <10 yrs). Please note that we do not have any provision for an extra bed or cot.

One of the rooms has an additional single bed.

The lodge has five guestrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All private rooms have floor heating as well as weather and sound proof windows with darkening blinds to make your stay comfortable.

Two rooms are at first level with an expansive patio to relax and enjoy the views. Three rooms are at second level with an outdoor cedarwood deck to enjoy a sundowner or treat yourself to a BBQ or a wood-fired pizza! These rooms can be booked 2 or 3 together, please ask us how.

Each room is a masterclass in understated elegance showcasing traditional decor and art, lookouts carefully designed to frame majestic peaks that stretch as far as the eye can see.

Our highly experienced in-house chef crafts delectable gourmet food that you can savor as you unwind in the stillness.

The common area has an indoor fireplace for you to relax with plenty of board games, lots of books and a TV to enjoy and bond over.

Guest access
Guests have access to their private rooms, the lounge and outdoor patio, the deck and green area.
Two rooms on second level have a dedicated workspace for the guests to use.
