Designed for couples, families, and small groups, Coral House is your calm, green alternative to crowded hotels—combining serene farm surroundings, lakeside views, and coastal breezes with modern air-conditioned comfort and a private plunge pool.

Established in 2016 and nestled in the tranquil coastal pocket of Paramankeni (near Koovathur / Mugaiyur, Cheyyur Taluk) along Tamil Nadu’s scenic East Coast Road (ECR), Coral Bay Farms is a self-sustaining eco-luxury integrated farm retreat. Perfectly positioned between Chennai and Pondicherry, the property offers couples, families, and small groups a calm, nature-focused alternative to crowded commercial hotels and beach resorts.
Guest access
Guests enjoy exclusive, private access to their entire villa and private outdoor areas, along with full access to the surrounding farm grounds:
Private Living & Outdoor Spaces: Full, uninterrupted access to your air-conditioned villa, dedicated work desk, private sit-out courtyard, and private plunge pool (Coral House).
Self-Cooking Kitchen: Exclusive access to your fully functional indoor/outdoor kitchenette and refrigerator.
Farm & Garden Grounds: You are welcome to take peaceful morning or evening walks through the lush organic farm paths, relax on the open lawns, and meet our free-range farm animals.
Secure Parking: Ample, complimentary on-site parking within the gated property that easily accommodates multiple cars and two-wheelers.
Caretaker Support & Privacy: A dedicated on-site caretaker is available 24/7 at the property gate/service area for seamless check-in, local guidance, and food coordination, while giving you complete privacy during your stay.

Timings: Standard check-in is 12:00 PM (Noon) and check-out is 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior confirmation and villa availability.
