This is a 5 Acer property surrounded by Tea Gardens. The property has the following amenities
1. Ample outdoor Parking
2. Outdoor 5- A- Side Futsal grass turf with Floodlights
3. Hobbit Garden Restaurant and Cafe
4. Game Room with Table Tennis, Carroms, Chess and selection of books
5. Camping area with 5 All weather Tent
6. Volley Ball Court (Outdoor)
7. Outdoor Fire Pit for campfire

2. Kettle and Tea Infuser
3. 44" TV with Netflix, Hotstar and Amazon Prime
4. Hair Dryer

Safety & Security
1. The main gate will be locked at 10.30 PM
2. The entire property is secured with Solar Fence. The solar fence will be active from 7 PM to 6 AM. Please stay away from the fence
3. Security Cameras are fixed in common areas and restaurant
4. Management Staff live in the same property. You can contact them from 8AM - 10 PM. After 10 PM, reach out to them only for emergency.
5. Avoid loud noise / music after 8 PM
6. Strictly no Smoking inside the Dome, campsite or restaurant
