This is a two bedroom + kitchen apartment and the apartment size is 800 sq feet.

our bedroom sizes are 10 by 11 feet and 10 by 10 feet.

This apartment is in a residential building which have 4 floors. The apartment is on 4th floor.

There is a lift 24×7 except for occasional maintenance.

Power cuts are rare and for a short time only. if ever. We don't have power backup.

Guest will have access to entire 2bhk apartment.

Please note that living room has ceiling fans only, live indoor plants keep the temprature in control.

No illegal activities of any kind are allowed on the property.

Only guests named on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay. No unapproved additional guests or visitors.

Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

Keep the house clean, please leave the property in the same (or better) condition as you found it.

Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight.

Take out the trash before checkout.

No smoking, vaping, or open flames (candles/incense) inside the apartment.

Report any damages or issues immediately.

Use cookware and appliances carefully.

Never leave the stove or oven unattended.

Wash and put away dishes after use.

You have the full 2BHK apartment for your exclusive use. There are no shared spaces.

You may use all areas freely (living room, kitchen, both bedrooms, balcony, etc.).

Quiet hours are still requested after 10:00 PM for the benefit of neighbors.

Note: We have CCTV installed just outside the partment.
