Element Stays Talpona : Sun Riverside 2BHK House is a peaceful riverfront retreat along the serene Talpona River, just 5 minutes from Talpona & Patnem Beach. Sun is a spacious 2-bedroom home features 2 bathrooms, a private kitchen, cozy living room, and a riverside outdoor patio. Wake up to birds chirping, enjoy fresh coffee from the coffee machine, and soak in beautiful river views. Blending modern comforts with the charm of 1970s Goa, it’s the perfect escape to relax and reconnect with nature.
The space
This peaceful and spacious 2BHK Riverside House is designed for a relaxed and comfortable Goa stay, blending natural surroundings with earthy interiors inspired by old Goa charm. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size wooden beds, air-conditioning, fans, bedside lamps, windows for natural light, and open-style clothes storage for a simple, airy feel.
The private living room overlooks the Talpona River and lush mangroves, furnished with cozy cane furniture and natural jute carpets. While the living room is not air-conditioned, it stays naturally cool and breezy when the windows are open, allowing you to fully enjoy the riverside atmosphere. The master bedroom and living room both offer beautiful river views.
Step outside to your private balcony and patio, complete with relaxing cane chairs — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind while listening to birds chirping and watching the mangroves by the river.
The private kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, basic cookware, plates and cutlery, water filter, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine — ideal for preparing simple meals or enjoying breakfast at home by the patio or dining table.
Both bathrooms include hot water, along with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel for a comfortable stay.

It is located in an extremely peaceful and quite local neighborhood along the Talpona Riverside.
Our place is just 5mins drive to the closest beach - Talpona, Galgibagh, Patnem and Rajbagh. It is about 7km (15 min drive) away from Palolem beach , and only a few minutes drive away from restaurants and bars on the beaches.
Goa Airport (GOI/Dabolim) and Madgao Railway Station is about 1.5 hour drive from our property.
