The bedroom opens to a PRIVATE GARDEN TERRACE and a secluded microconcrete hot tub with JACUZZI, both overlooking uninterrupted green forest.
Shared amenities include a pool, steam room, gym, and 24×7 security.
The space
Kafka is a one-bedroom home created around a simple idea: a beautiful space doesn't need to be loud.
Natural textures, limewashed walls, microconcrete, and soft earthy tones come together to create a home that feels calm without feeling sparse. The space is designed to change with the light through the day, from slow, sunlit mornings to quiet evenings overlooking the forest.
The bedroom opens directly onto a private garden terrace, with uninterrupted views of the greenery beyond. There are no overlooking buildings or neighbouring balconies staring back at you, making the terrace feel like your own little pocket of Goa.
And then there's the hot tub.
Tucked away on the private terrace, the microconcrete jacuzzi is made for long, lazy soaks with the forest right in front of you. Morning coffee, afternoon reading, evening drinks - or absolutely nothing at all. We recommend the last one.
The gated complex also offers shared amenities including a swimming pool, steam room, gym, and 24×7 security, so you have all the conveniences you need while still feeling tucked away from the usual North Goa bustle.
Kafka is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or anyone who wants to experience Goa at a slower pace - surrounded by nature, thoughtful design, and a little bit of stillness.
Located in Siolim, you're close to some of North Goa's best cafés, bars, restaurants, and riverside spots, while staying away from the crowds and noise of the busier parts of the coast. Beaches, markets, and restaurants are all just a short drive away.
