Stays of 5+ nights are recommended to truly settle into the space and village rhythm.

Guest access
You'll have the entire first-floor studio to yourself with a private entrance.
The ground-floor coworking space is available to you free of charge during the day - just let us know ahead of time so we can ensure there's a desk available for you.
We occasionally host workshops, talks, or cultural events in the coworking space. You're welcome to join these gatherings – some are free, others may have a small fee depending on the event. Feel free to ask us about what's happening during your stay.

A Few Things to Make Your Stay Comfortable
Welcome to our home in Mandrem! We've tried to create a space that feels relaxed and easy, just like village life here.
Daily Rhythms
Our wonderful cleaning lady comes by every evening to freshen things up. For linens, we typically change them every 3 days (happy to do it after 2 days if you'd prefer) – it's our small way of conserving water and energy in this beautiful coastal environment.
Beach Days
When you head to the beach (and you must!), we'd love if you could leave the house towels behind – they tend to disappear in the sand! There's a foot wash area outside for sandy feet, and like most Goan homes, we go barefoot indoors. It keeps things clean and honestly, it just feels better.
Making Life Easier
Need wheels? We can sort out car or bike rentals, and we have contacts for trusted taxi drivers and scooter pilots who know all the best routes. Just give us a shout.
For those seeking a bit of wellness, we can arrange private yoga sessions right here or recommend some lovely local practitioners.
Checkout – Keeping It Simple
We're not a hotel, just people who love sharing this space. When you leave (by 11 AM), we really appreciate the basics: dishes washed, rubbish sorted (we segregate wet/dry/glass), AC and lights off, keys on the table. Strip the bed if you don't mind - it really helps us prepare for the next guests.
Think of it as leaving a friend's place - no deep cleaning needed, just that bit of care that makes everyone feel good.
