Elevators connect the residential floors with the building lobby and basement parking.
Paid basement parking is available within AIPL Joy Street and is managed separately by the building. There's also an option of roadside free parking.

- Guests: Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance.
- Parking: Basement parking is paid separately and managed by the building.
- Deliveries: Swiggy and zomato deliver directly to the residential floors.
- Commercial facilities: Cinema, gym, restaurants and other outlets downstairs are independently operated and separately chargeable.
