- Each bedroom has a wardrobe, an attached balcony with seating, and an attached washroom with a hot water geyser. The geysers are digitally controlled. (Set the temperature at 40° to get hot water)
- Ground floor - Living room with full Bathroom, fully equipped Kitchen, Dining area, and attached Car parking

- First Floor - 2 bedrooms with balconies & attached Washrooms
- Second Floor - 1 bedroom with balcony and attached Washroom & a Terrace sitting
- Kitchen with all essential Cookware, Gas stove hob, Chimney, Microwave, Toaster, kettle, Refrigerator, and Water purifier
- Additional amenities: Washing machine, Inverter backup, Hair dryer on request.
- High-speed Internet (200Mbps) in all rooms
