Guest access
This beautiful 1BHK with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and washroom is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed with an elevator, with stairs also for those who wish to keep fit.
In our gated complex, we have a club house, and you can enjoy a game of chess, or take a dip in the pool. Alternatively, we strongly recommend going to the beach for an early morning run or doing yoga / meditation. If you are lucky, you get to haggle with the fisherman for the day's catch too.

Events cannot be organized without permission.
No loud volume or big parties allowed at the premises.
FREE covered, private parking inside the premises is available.
We have provided basic cleaning tools in the home for the guests' perusal.
