Ground Level – Living Spaces & Garden Flow

You’ll wander through the same spaces where their children took their first holidays barefoot on cool Goan tiles, where conversations lingered long after the stars appeared, and where the home opens gently into the surrounding greenery and expansive backyard beyond.
The main villa’s living, dining, and kitchen areas flow naturally toward nearly an acre of private garden space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. Step outside and the estate unfolds into open lawns framed by tall palms, a resort-style private pool set among rock formations, relaxed sit-outs, and an outdoor bar designed for slow afternoons and shared evenings together.

Please note: The estate is fully private for guest use during your stay, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted experience throughout the property.
Other things to note
Housekeeping & Amenities: At the villa, our housekeeping team ensures daily cleaning of the property, typically between 10 am and 6 pm. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay. To support water conservation efforts, we change towels and linens every three days upon your request.
Grocery Shopping: Swiggy Instamart operates in the vicinity, offering convenient grocery delivery to the villa. The nearest local market for groceries is just a few minutes away.
Check-in & Check-out: Upon your arrival, we kindly request a copy of your government-issued ID card. For foreign visitors, please furnish a copy of your passport and visa. Late check-out and early check-in are subject to villa availability at the time of your request. Feel free to message us two days in advance, and we'll promptly inform you of the feasibility.
Laundry Facilities: The villa is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. Alternatively, if you prefer laundry services, there are local laundromats conveniently located just a short drive away.
