This fully private penthouse features an open-plan layout with a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa-cum-bed, and warm, ambient lighting. Large glass doors bring in abundant natural light, creating an airy, serene feel throughout the day.
Step out onto your spacious private terrace, lined with plants — perfect for slow mornings, fresh air, or unwinding in the evening. The sunset is a beautiful experience, and so is the beautifully lit up terrace in the night time.

- Open-plan layout (no door between living and sleeping area)
- Lift access till 2nd floor, followed by a short staircase (one floor) to the terrace apartment
- Early check-in / late checkout subject to availability
- you can have guests over till 11pm. If a guest is staying over, that will be chargeable at ₹1500/-. There's is a sofa cum bed available in the hall for additional guests.

Guest access
The entire penthouse and terrace is available for guest usage.
Other things to note
Parking space available for 1-2 cars.
Lift access available till 2nd floor, need to climb up one flight of stairs to the terrace.
Single bathroom available in the hall.
Strictly no smoking inside the living area, please smoke outside on the terrace.
Guests allowed till 11pm.
Sofa cum bed available in the hall for additional guests, staying over. Chargeable at ₹1500.
For long stays, sheets and cleaning will be done once in 3 days.
AC and heater available, but request our guests to use sparingly, and not to leave it on when you're out, or leave the doors open while in use. That's wastage, and not cool.
We will need to access the terrace in the mornings to water the plants.
