Welcome to Sindooram Ecostay, a peaceful Kerala home in Edava, near Kappil and Varkala. Enjoy the entire private 3-bedroom villa with 3 AC bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, traditional poomukham, terrace and backyard. Kappil, Odayam and Edava beaches are nearby, with Varkala Cliff around 4.5 km away. Ideal for families, friends and workations, with fast Wi-Fi, included breakfast and a pet-friendly outdoor space.
The space
Sindooram Ecostay is a private three-bedroom Kerala villa offered exclusively as an entire home. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms with geysers for hot water, comfortable common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, traditional poomukham, terrace and backyard.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Extra beds can be added to Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 for an additional charge, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 8 adults.
The home offers a relaxed setting for families, friends and longer stays, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time together.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire villa during their stay. This includes all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living and common areas, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, traditional poomukham, terrace and backyard. The property is not shared with other guests. Private parking for up to 3 cars is also available on the premises.
Other things to note
A few things to know before your stay:
• The villa has a base occupancy of 6 adults. Extra beds are available in Thira and Chira at ₹750 per bed per night, allowing up to 8 adults.
• Breakfast is included for guests.
• Children under 5 stay free when not using an extra bed.
• Pets are welcome for ₹600 per night. Pets must stay outdoors; a covered, ventilated kennel with a fan and light is provided. Pets are not permitted inside the villa.
• Homemade Kerala meals can be arranged for lunch and dinner with advance notice for an additional charge. Swiggy and Zomato also deliver to the property.
• Wi-Fi is approximately 60–100 Mbps and suitable for remote work and workations.
• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of consideration for our neighbours.
• Check-in is from 2 PM and checkout is by 11 AM.
• A local caretaker and a property manager are available nearby when assistance is needed.
