Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire ground floor, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, garden, outdoor seating area, and parking space. Garden and parking space is shared with the 1st floor. The ground floor property is completely private, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. 1st Floor, areas reserved for housekeeping, maintenance, or storage are not accessible to guests.

The Barrum Solitude is located in a peaceful, nature-rich area surrounded by greenery and mountains. As the property is close to nature, guests may occasionally spot monkeys, birds, and other wildlife nearby. Please keep doors, windows, and the main gate closed when not in use. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Barbeque facilities and home-cooked meals by the caretaker are available on request at an additional cost.

Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free property indoors. Smoking and vaping are permitted only on the outdoor balcony, provided the balcony door remains fully closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment. Guests must use the provided ashtray; littering cigarette butts is strictly prohibited. Any indoor smoking will incur an immediate ₹5,000 deep-cleaning fee.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval. Pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including immediately picking up and disposing of pet poop from the garden, outdoor areas, and property premises. Housekeeping staff will not clean pet poop. If pet waste is left uncleaned after checkout, a ₹2,000 cleaning charge will be levied. Pet owners are also responsible for ensuring their pets do not damage the property.
