Tiny Place is a calm and thoughtfully curated 1BHK homestay in the heart of Dehradun. Perfect for solo travellers, couples, or professionals, it offers a clean, cozy atmosphere with a homely touch. Located at Kargi Chowk, it provides excellent connectivity to ISBT, the Railway Station, Hospitals, Markets, and Highways. Whether you're working remotely or exploring Uttarakhand, Tiny Place offers the comfort, privacy, and ease you need.

The space
There's a cosy bedroom with attached bathroom having geyser for hot shower and western toilet with bidet. A living area with sofa set where you can have your snacks and do chitchat while keeping the bedroom private.

A private small kitchen with Fridge, Gas Cooktop, RO Purifier, Roti Maker, Electric Kettle and other sorts of cookware, utensils and cutlery for ease of self cooking is available.

One of the best thing is that you get 24/7 power backup to keep your regular activities going.

We also provide you a four-wheeler parking for free with the electric car charger at minimal price.

If you are looking for a five-star resort with glitters and decoration, this is not it and we say that with confidence. It is a middle-class Indian home built with care, maintained with attention, and lived in with love.

With your own private 1BHK flat on Ground Floor, you can access other common areas like the terrace anytime.

Other things to note
Our place is in the middle of the residential area and we welcome such family friendly guests.

It is requested to provide us a Govt. ID of each guest via chat for our record and verification, prior visiting.

Visitors invited by the guests are welcome but they must leave by 6PM and will not allowed to stay past that.

Smoking in the House or within the Premises is strictly prohibited 🚭.

"At present the place doesn't have AC, as the temperature at the ground floor is fine and can be enjoyed even with the fans."
