We’ll provide a secure check-in process and will be available for any support throughout your stay. Whether it’s booking a taxi, recommending beach clubs, or arranging housekeeping at your preferred time — we’re just a call away.
During your stay
My team will be available for all your queries and problems, if any. We have a team of cleaners, in place. Will make sure that you have everything clean and neat.
Other things to note
✿ Please treat the villa like your own home — with care and respect.
✿ Daily housekeeping is available, but timing may vary depending on availability. Let us know your preference.
✿ The Jacuzzi is quite old and has not been upgraded in a long time.
✿ The dining table chairs have not been dry cleaned. Some minor areas in the villa may have a bit of dust or dirt please don’t take this too seriously.
✿ Guests are requested t inform us, if additional guests plan to stay overnight or visit for a few hours.
✿ The swimming pool is shared with other villas in the complex. Please be considerate to other guests when using it.
✿ Only tame Pets are allowed, but please ensure they are well-behaved and do not cause damage.
✿ Smoking is allowed, but strictly outside or in designated areas. Any indoor damage or strong odors may incur charges. Smoking inside will cost you INR5000/- fine. If any sofa is burnt or damaged, you will have to pay for the repair or replacement.
✿ Be mindful with glassware — broken or missing items will be charged.
✿Please do not steal the things we have put in the house.
