The property consists of two independent 2-bedroom units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

✨The ground-floor 2-bedroom unit has a dedicated washroom conveniently located just beside it.

✨The first-floor 2-bedroom unit has a dedicated washroom attached behind the unit, with a kitchen conveniently located beside it, separated by a doorway.
