It was a beautiful house, just needs to be cleaned properly. There was a bad smoke smell trough out the house

We had a great time staying at Gaurav's apartment. It was spacious, and had a decently equipped kitchen. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, and it felt safe to walk around, even late at night. There are a number of malls and restaurants a short walk away. Gaurav's team, including Eshika and Mukesh, were always easy to reach and very prompt with responding to calls and messages. It is worth mentioning that the apartment is in a gated community and the gates are typically locked at night. One of us had a late flight in to Delhi (past midnight) and had a hard time reaching the apartment due to the locked gates.

The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. comfortable interiors, and overall the stay inside the apartment was pleasant.

However, the check-in experience was quite challenging. There was no caretaker present at the property when we arrived, and we had to wait a considerable amount of time for the caretaker to pick up our calls, as the phone remained busy for long stretches. While we appreciate privacy and generally prefer minimal interference, some assistance at the time of arrival is essential, especially for a smooth check-in.

Additionally, although the property advertises ample parking space, it was occupied by the owners’ cars from the other two floors of the building. We had to repeatedly ring their bell and request space politely before we were finally able to park, which was inconvenient after a long journey.

The apartment itself is good and lives up to expectations, but guests should be prepared to manage things independently.
