The property is nice, and the reception and other staff are quite helpful. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. There were no towels available, and despite asking multiple times, I only received a single towel for three people after the third day. Additionally, the hotel does not provide toiletries, so you need to bring your own. Another problem I faced was the lack of sufficient cutlery. If you order food from outside, it's fine, but if you decide to cook for yourself, there isn't enough cutlery available.

nice area transportation connectivity was good

it was a great stay. but the property is situated under basement. you will find so much humidity and unwanted smell. The place was not clean. best part is that they fill pool in front of you. Property needs maintenance doors did not work properly. otherwise it is best for stay

The stay was quite disappointing. The room had no windows & terrace and felt very suffocating. The washroom had a broken tap, and there was no geyser for hot water, which made things very inconvenient. I also tried to contact the host regarding these issues, but she didn’t answer my calls and didn’t called back after seeing the missed call. Overall, not a comfortable experience. Would not recommend unless these basic issues are resolved.
