(High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking- free on site or close-by. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

This lovely quaint house is in the centre of Stamford, on the doorstep of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is comfortable and well equipped for four people; one bedroom is a double and the other can be made up with two small singles or a kingsize bed. The bathroom has a roll-top bath and separate shower and the kitchen is well equipped with all usual appliances. Stamford is known for Burghley House (and horse trials) and is close to beautiful countryside.

Built in 1849, Tivoli Cottage is a Grade 11 listed town house, well located within walking distance of Stamford Town Centre. Stamford Train Station is literally a minute away and is on the Birmingham to Stansted Airport line. Perfectly located if you are visiting the Burghley Horse Trials. The famous George Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk away. Please be aware that we are an adult only property so no children. And we do not accept dogs. Thank you.

This unique place has a style all of its own, set in a secluded and secure garden. The house is in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages and on the cycle route around the water offering easy access to all the activities that the area offers. The historic towns of Oakham and Uppingham are just a very short drive from the property. The village pub, which serves food, is a 2 minute walk and is very popular with visitors to the area.

The cottage is located on a private lane with free parking. Stamford's stunning historic architecture, quaint independent shops and fabulous pubs are moments from the door. Short walk from the railway station. The cottage is ideal for a couple or group of 3. Being in town, there are daytime background noises of a a nearby laundry and occasional workman in the area but people don't generally find these a problem.
