This historical apartment has been luxuriously refurbished with bespoke furniture in 2019. If the buiding has over 400 years of history, it was still until then the residence of a famous former minister, MP, and campaign head of President Mitterrand, who also lived 20m away. Situated on a little street, quiet but close to everything, 6 min walk from the RER direct to airports or Versailles, 50m from a metro, and only 100m away from Notre-Dame. quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!

Romantic apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter

This family apartment is located in front of the main police station of Paris, which makes our street and the neighborhood very safe, although quite lively. During the Olympics,we can, if you want, drive you from the airport to the apartment by minivan car for free, in addition we will provide you with the transport card to get around. Family of real Parisians, we are available for any help 24/7, as we live in another independent apartment in the building.

In the famous and historical Latin Quarter. Very central, charming, safe and Frenchy. 15min walk from Notre Dame, 1m walk from Place Monge metro station and Mouffetard pedestrian street. It is an old, well-maintained Haussmannian (very Parisian) building. There is a parquet that has lived, moldings on the ceiling and on the walls, fireplaces in all the rooms... Guests say it's cozy and trendy :-) We just feel confortable when we spend a few days to work here.
