Experience luxury with this spacious space that combines old-world character and contemporary comforts. Completely renovated by an interior designer, it has beautiful parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The stay has been completely redone and the updated photos are being completed. Guest will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally located with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included in the service. Baby cot possible. It is not planned to be able to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached permanently via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to the Perrache train station and a few minutes' walk from Old Lyon. All convenience stores are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay on foot or with the TCL (Transport en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Very well equipped as a 4* hotel room: 160x200 cm bed, Samsung TV "The Frame" of 50", Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, wifi fiber, reversible air conditioning, kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Cosy studio next to Debourg station

You will find comfort and convenience in this quiet studio all refurbished, located just 5 mns walk from Debourg metro, tram and bus stations, 5 mns drive from the motorway and périphérique. It is surrounded by different shops, restaurants and cafés. You can reach Part-Dieu and Bellecour in 15'. You'll find the Confluences museum closeby as well as the Rhone river banks. Though located in the city, the studio is still quiet at night as it is situated at the rear of the appartement block.

2 room apartment 5 minutes from Jean Macé ( metro line B, tram T2), on the 1st floor with elevator, fully refurbished apartment composed of a bedroom with a bed of 180 cm(king size) and closet, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle...) a small bathroom with shower. The apartment overlooks the courtyard and in absolute calm. I live in the building myself and I am therefore responsive if there should be a question.

Superb apartment with GARDEN in the heart of Lyon

Superb apartment with garden in the heart of the 7th, 4 minutes walk from Place Jean Macé and 7 minutes by metro from Bellecour. Located in a very quiet street, you can enjoy the many bars and restaurants in the surroundings while sleeping open windows!! Aperitifs, dinners and outdoor noise are strictly prohibited after 10pm in order to comply with the condominium rules. I have a small cat that I usually leave for short stays.
