Bright and clean one-bedroom apartment with a sauna on the shore of Jyväsjärvi. A house completed in an apartment building area along the Rantarait. A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

This house is the Finnish dream: a lakeside house in a village center, peacefully located. The lake view is an ever changing piece of art in front or your eyes 24/7. It is a cosy, over 80 year old fully equipped second home, an oldie naturally with some wear. Please note: 1. Not suitable for those seeking design magazine style as this is a home with individuality. 2. Part of the large garden is always a nature garden, not a tailored park experience. Special price for weekly and monthly stays.

Gran Hotel Apartments are situated on the stunning and peaceful old historic railway area overlooking the lake of Keitele. Located within just a few minutes walk from centre of Suolahti where the local shops, library, office, café... Jyväskylä airport is just 20min away, to city of Jyväskylä 40min drive and Äänekoski centre 10min drive. The tiny cosy harbour is the end of the railway area, long and short paths by the lake. My place is good for couples, solo- and businesstravelers, and families.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.

Beautiful holiday home by the lake

This beautiful and spacious holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä, which is the center of WRC Finland event, and even closer to some of the rally stages. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. Also the popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located address. Located only a couple of hundred meters walk from the very center of Jyväskylä with its shops restaurants and bars. This apartment is light and airy with a classic elegant interior design theme. Come and relax at our Petäjävesi cottage. The cottage is located in a beautiful forest courtyard, on a lakefront. In the yard there is a main cottage, a barn, and a sauna building with a separate sleeping area. So there are three different buildings that guarantee their own peace and quiet with a larger group of people. Petäjävesi cottage is located in the middle of nature, on a quiet and large plot. Winter cottage with all amenities on the lake. Cottage upstairs and downstairs bedroom with double beds and living room sofa for double bed. The household building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping area with a double bed. Gas grill and wood-fired barbecue can be found in the yard and can be seated under the lava. Easy to come by public transport. Ice rink on Lake Vesankajärvi in winter and sled track. Frisbeerata Vesala pit 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Broad Mountain 9 km.

A cozy townhouse in the middle of downtown Karstula in a quiet area. Need extra space for family reunions? Or some privacy, perhaps? Good for family,solo travelers,friends, or couples. Downtown shops few minutes by car or walk about 10-15 min. (1,5km). Rent electric bikes downtown and hunt down to Karstula's viewing tower or nearby villages. There is access to swimming through the backyard of the apartment or the public beach 200m. Sunset out the window. Perfect !
