The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home,it is very comfortable and intimate,the rooms are spacious,clean and bright.They can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 meters. it is new and its decor is country; it has ceramic hob,washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, iron, hair dryer,fan, clothesline, wifi, umbrella and parasol for the beach and PARABOLIC ANTENNA.IT has plenty of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all the rooms.Free parking spaces.

Beautiful, Relaxing Forest Villa

Beautiful Villa with a covered pool surrounded by spectacular views of mountains,forests and the sea. The house is extremely private/tranquil sitting on a promontory within 8000 square meters of its own forest. With easy access to the whole island, north and south, there are several beaches within 15 to 25 minutes comfortable driving on local roads with some spectacular views around the island of Tenerife. There also happens to be some interesting walking routes through the village and forests.

Bright and cozy apartment between Playa Chica and Cabezo beach, 3 min walk from the beaches and 5 min walk from the center of El Medano. Nice balcony with side views to two beaches and front view to the peak of mount Teide. One bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Cradle available. New and equipped kitchen. Near the apartement there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, medical center, dentist... Very quiet building and without noise, ideal for rest.
