The house on the beach

The beach house is a villa of 150 square meters and 'located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Siracusa. The house stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining, fireplace, kitchen and WC designed ; the first floor: three bedrooms, two WC designed and a laundry room; on the second floor there is a spacious loft. The house overlooks a terrace of 60 square meters equipped with gas grill, umbrella, table, chairs, loungers.

The studio is located in front of the beach, on the waterfront of Torre Archizoni, it has an independent entrance, and is surrounded by two large terraces, equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, tables and surrounded by vases of flowers. On the large terraces you can read a book from our small library or sunbathe from March to October enjoying the view of the sea and Etna. If you cross the street, you will find a beautiful stone beach.
