Wir heißen Sie herzlich Willkommen: ob als Messegast oder Erholungssuchender. Die FeWo im zweiten Stock verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile inklusive Kühlschrank. Wie der direkte Blick auf die Marienburg erschließen lässt, ist sie hervorragend für einen Ausflug dorthin geeignet. Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

It is a newly renovated complete apartment in a classic Villa from 1900 in the German Harz. A comfortable apartment with everything you need to have a peaceful stay. Nearby you find places like Wenigerode, Goslar and of course the Harz. Villa Jure, has incredible stories, and after being abandoned for 30 years, it finally is returning to be the monumental house it always was. I will offer you a tour of the house to learn about its wonderful history and how it came to be Villa Jure.

A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

House Iris is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway..
