You will have the bed sit which is part of our family home on the ground floor, but completely independent of the house (and us), as you have your own front door, so you can come and go as you please. Our home is in a beautiful rural location. The grounds are surrounded by mature trees with views over open fields and out towards Anglesey. We are situated 4 miles from Llanberis, on the edge of the peaceful Snowdon National Park, but we are also centrally located to explore the wider area.

A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

Our holiday home on the Port Dinorwic Marina is a special place right on the waters edge with stunning views of Anglesey and the Menai Straights from the the deck and first floor lounge. The decor is bright, cosy and fresh. Brand new kitchen. The estate was purpose built in the 1970's as holiday estate and now has a mix of residents and holiday homes set in spacious grounds. There is no through traffic so it’s quiet and peaceful. Two bedrooms downstairs and bathroom.

The Stabal is a comfortable converted farm building, finished to a high standard and has a well appointed kitchen. It has central heating for the colder months. There is a drench shower, sink & toilet upstairs, and a downstairs toilet. There is a king size bed in the larger bedroom, and a single bed in the smaller bedroom. There is an outside patio area, and private parking. The accommodation is on a small working farm.
