The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.
