At the foot of the condominium there is a large free parking, near the sea, the promenade and Viale Italia, the famous "tree-lined avenue" of Albenga where you can find bars, pharmacies, beauty centers, restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops of all kinds and a bingo, all within walking distance. Ideal for 2/3 people, or couples with 1/2 children.
