Relax on one of the large decks, take the pontoon out on the lake, or sit on the dock and enjoy the sun. The Lake House is located just 4 miles from downtown Alexandria. We have a 22ft pontoon available for rent as well during your stay. We provide a canoe, kayaks, paddle boat & a water trampoline for family fun! *Please ask about check in/out times when booking!*

This spacious lakefront home is close to everything but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Take the walking path to local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, the local brewery, bait shops, the farmers market or to the local park. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the lake with a cup of coffee from our coffee bar, fish off the dock all summer long, take our paddleboards for a ride or bicycles for a spin. This spacious home just went through a complete remodel and is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. This home has many upscale touches and can sleep up to 12 people. The shoreline on Lake Shamineau is flat, sandy, and clear, making it a great place to swim with the kids, paddle boat, and fish off the dock.
