It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance Due to its central location, all the main attraction of the north of this beautiful Island are very easy to reach by car. the wonderful view

2 bedrooms, sofa bed, full equiped kitchen, bathroom. Shared swimmig pool on the roof (open from 01 june till 30 of september). you can find bottle of water, the and coffee for your breakfast, and soap for dishes. Towels , linens for and also beach towls are included. In you stay more then 7 days their change are free, while if you need other towels or bed linens, you should pay 20 euro in cash. We are pet friendly, but you should remove pet hairs, use your own bowl and pay extra 35 euro.

The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We have thought the spaces so as to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The attic room, accessed by a spiral staircase , enjoys views of the harbor . From the room the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

By the sea in the historic center overlooking Capo Caccia!

The charming and uniquely located apartment Aquamarine is located in the historic center and at the same time overlooking the bastions along the sea, with spectacular views of the sunsets of Capo Caccia. Value added, compared to others, you can reach it by car, despite the center being limited traffic. You can choose whether to walk along the sea, or in the cobblestone viette of the center, if you can reach the beautiful coves within 5 minutes on foot, or 15 minutes to Lido beach!

Hi, and thanks for your interest. If the dates you have planned for your holiday do not appear available, contact us anyway to check the possibility of finding a solution. The apartment is newly built, is located on the fourth floor in a new building, 10 min walking distance from the seafront and 20 minutes from the port and the start of historic center.
