Our barge is perfectly located beetween the new neighborhood of « la confluence » and the historic center of the city «  le vieux Lyon «  15mn walking. You will enjoy your private deck with outdoor furniture. The studio 20 m² has been completly renovate to upgrade your confort ; there is a bathroom with shower, usefull kitchen and large bedroom to give you a perfect relaxing time in the wild, very close to the center.

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

It is located at the atypical port of the Rague, between Mandelieu and Théoule. - 300 m from the beach - 1.4km from the center of La Napoule and its shops - 5 km from Mandelieu, as for the Croisette it is only 10 km away. Ideal for walks by the sea. Sheets, pillows, blankets or duvets depending on the season and towels are also included. Boat rented to stay at the dock. Infants or infants who can't swim, not recommended (per experience).

The boat is equipped with a bathroom but for more comfort you will have to go to the harbour master to take a good shower.
