There is a local market, Thursday morning, 8am - 1.30pm, selling everything. Outdoor and indoor public swimming pools. Local gyms. Games available in the apartment : Chess, draughts, dominoes, jigsaws and puzzles.

La Casita, Relájate en este oasis de tranquilidad. Si buscas un lugar donde pasar unos días tranquilos, este es tu lugar. 5m en coche del pueblo, todos los servicios y a 15 minutos caminando del rio. Finca de producción agrícola, podrás dar paseos entre los Frutales. Hay perro y gallinas. La Gran piscina y el recinto son zonas comunes, es decir no es privado. Es una finca muy grande (8 Hectáreas) y aunque hay mucha privacidad, hay espacios compartidos. La casa es privada e independiente!

Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door. The Smart tv is strategically placed so that you can see it from the patio too, just turning it.
