Note for 2024. We have reduced our listing price by 20% for the year as there is construction work happening locally. Some works may be quiet or hundreds of meters away and past guests have said that it has not been a problem for them. We do want to be completely honest with potential guests. The Villa is on an exclusive private complex. 3 stories, with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, balcony and roof terrace and garden. Fibre internet.
