Very quiet home with a view over 50 acres of hay fields with large oak and pine trees sprinkled throughout. Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Wedding, Large Picknicks, RVs can park with full hookup 30 AMP and 50 AMP available and 110 plugins

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size luxury bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels

Canyon Cottage - Great for Longer Stays!

This is a separate studio-style tiny home on the same property as our home with a screened-in porch. There is one queen-sized bed, a recliner and 2 barstools for eating. You have complete privacy and separate parking space in quiet, safe neighborhood, just outside the city of Lufkin, close to loop, medical (less than 7 miles from both hospitals) and most dining.
