Great home near Rehoboth

Geat home in the popular community Angola by the Bay, close to Rehoboth Beach. When not on the beach, enjoy this community loaded with amenities-pool, tennis, basketball, crabbing docks and a beautiful marina. Home is well maintained with 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, first floor room with a pull out day bed (double size mattress), fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths and outside shower. All linens provided and washer and dryer. Great place to vacation...fun and relaxing. Huge monthly discounts!

Newly built house in Lewes. Rental is an upstairs guest suite with separate outdoor entrance. The owner lives downstairs in a separate space, and there is a second upstairs 1BR rental on the other side of the house. -Children over 12 please. -Responsible adults only, no pets, no visitors/parties. *2 BR *in-ground swimming pool shared with the owner and other guests. (May 12- Sept 15, not heated) *6 miles to the beach THERE IS NO CABLE TV. TV has Wi-Fi *close to shopping and restaurants.

Top floor, overlooking Love Creek at Rehoboth Bay

Our unit is waterfront of Love Creek, the boat docks, and the access path to the Rehoboth Bay. Offsite, but accessible via walking path you will find a fishing pier. The unit has one assigned parking spot, however, additional parking spots are easily accessible to the building. The condo is on the top floor (3rd) in gated community with elevators, community pool and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring Kayaks or paddle boards - or have them delivered on-site by our recommended vendor.

Our family is proud of the recent renovations we completed on this home featuring an open kitchen and dining room, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio room overlooking a secluded wooded lot and a fantastic second story deck. A private marina for crabbing and kayaking, swimming pool, sports courts and bike paths offer so much fun! Beautiful beaches, state parks and shopping are only a short drive away! Enjoy!

Cozy, very private, Country Cottage

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and relaxing country feel. The cottage is best for couples. Pets are welcomed at no additional charge. We've just added a fenced backyard for your convenience. Distances from my place to Cape Henlopen Park (9.9miles), Rehoboth Beach (10 miles), Dewey Beach (11 miles). Tanger Outlets (7.8 miles). Please keep in mind that, although the above distances are accurate, driving time may be longer due to seasonal traffic.
