We welcome you in an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens to a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unattended swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) to tourist activities and sites (chocolate museum, via-rhôna, small train of the Ardèche...). 5 min from the bus station, 12 min from the TER tjrs train station on foot. Exit of highway 3 km away.

Big peaceful home

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. I have 2 small children so everything is suitable for children (umbrella bed, high chairs, bathtubs, games, changing table...). Please note that this is my place so it has all our belongings. I will of course free a few shelves for the storage of your belongings. There is a large 2000m2 garden with cabin and playground for children. It's very quiet. Towels and sheets are provided for a supplement of 20 euros.
