Excellent location approximately 100 meters from the Sports Center, 3 minutes from the Government Palace and the State Congress, 5 minutes from the South University City, 2 minutes from the Rectory of the UAGro, 3 minutes from the Soriana Sur Shop, three exits to the Autopista del Sol, 10 minutes from the Zócalo de la Ciudad. Located on the first floor, great lighting, ventilation and safe. Family friendly.

Beautiful apartment with all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Located just meters from the bus station, on a quiet, safe and well-lit street. Public transportation on the corner and parking in front of the building on closed private street. This spacious and clean space has excellent ventilation, large windows, WiFi, TV and a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and washing area.
