Due to the construction crew's presence, the property will be closed for bookings Monday through Thursday. We will remain open for weekend stays, as the crew will not be working over the weekends. Container Cottage

Our Container Cottage is a rustic, former shipping container, now cozy cottage. Enjoy Greenville, SC at the only container home conveniently located to downtown Greenville. Sleep easy knowing that the neighborhood is safe. A fire station is located just a block over. The entire interior of the home is crafted with reclaimed wood. A short drive to downtown. Fenced in yard and dog friendly. Just a street over from a busy highway to which we have no control over the sound that carries over.

It's a shipping container! A cozy, actually luxurious 1-bedroom home with a hand-made walnut counter-top and Plants Everywhere, bringing a bit of nature indoors. A reverse osmosis drinking water system, 55-inch television, full-size refrigerator, full-size bed with Tuft-and-Needle mattress. There are two outdoor cats, you can feed them if you like... Boots likes to come inside to eat. The neighbor might ask you for a dollar, don't do it! This place to stay is truly one of a kind.

Graining Fork Studio Container Apartment (#1)

The rental is located across the road from Graining Fork Nature Preserve. Renters have access to the preserve to climb or explore. Submit your permit request to per the instruction at Graining Fork webpage. BUT instead of emailing submit through the AirBnB messages. It is a one room apartment with 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed, 2 lounge chairs, and 4 TV trays. And has a hot 2-plate, pot, pan, toaster, mini-fridge, French press, microwave, rapid boil kettle, and tableware.
