Wonderful Chácara at the front of the dam!

Chácara simples on the edge of the Jurumirim dam w/private beach at the best location in the area! There are 8,000 m2 of land, house with full barbecue, living room with Smart TV, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wi-fi signal 10MB, orchard with fruit trees, large lawn, private pier, boat ramp. We leave 2 kayaks with vests to navigate the clean water of the dam. Receptive made by the local housekeeper. Ideal for families, a group of friends and couples. A true paradise in São Paulo!

Nearby there are hotels, restaurants, bakeries, mini-markets, marina and other facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, with stove, microwave oven, duplex refrigerator, plates, cutlery, pots and pans. Oh, you're gonna love it. My space is good for couples, families (with children), and pets.

The house has 400m2 and holds up to 20 people. It has 5 beds, three suites and two bathrooms. Fireplace Room Party Room with Barbecue Wood-burning stove, pizza oven and a beautiful swimming pool .

The main house has 3 suites, living room, dining room, kitchen , lavabo, a large terrace with 2 rooms and swimming pool. The little house (behind the main one, very charming) that has 1 more bedroom, 1 bathroom and a cozy living room. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 9 people and 1 baby.
