Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

The house contains a hallway, a spacious bathroom, open plan kitchen w/dining room, TV lounge, loft lounge/sleeping alcove and 2 bedrooms. The residence is centrally located in a rural setting and a short way to the sea. Parking spaces, close to car road, screened patio with very good sun conditions Vikkilen: 5 min walk Grimstad City: 5 mins. drive Arendal: 15 mins. drive(frequent bus connections both ways right next door) Zoo, bathing land and Sørlandsparken:30 mins. drive. Golf course, hiking areas and many beaches/bathing opportunities close by.

Cozy cabin on Tromøy with rowboat & dock space.

Cozy cabin in Skarestrand on Tromøy with its own rowboat and dock space that gives you the opportunity to experience the RAET nature reserve and the archipelago. Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

Rural but alikavel central , short road to the sea, fantastic hiking trails and swimming beaches at Hoveodden in Raet National Park. Downtown south country house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Unique location on Tyholmen in Arendal center - immediate distance to water, beach, marina, town, shopping center and restaurants. The 18th century house has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in living room, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, a fire place and a patio. One climb stairs on the outside to get to the house. We also have a fairly steep staircase up to the second floor of the house (indoor). Recommend parking in Tyholmen parking garage 2 min from the house.

Newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and sofa bed, a total of 4 sleeping places. Garden in the backyard and a beautiful veranda. Located 50 meters from the sea in Strømsbuneset which is a quiet and downtown bay just 1 km from Arendal center. Fully furnished with all the equipment. Includes bed linen and towels. Festing is not allowed, as it must be taken into account neighbors. Not allowed with animals.

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here.
