Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biophise Reserve in the quiet outskirts of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm property. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash around and play. In 1998 the former farm was completely renovated, with great attention to detail. In the garden, you will find sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue area as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with a swing and stilt house, so there is enough space to rest and relax.

My approx. 115 sqm large house is quietly located, without transit traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly business opportunities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir,... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. Our beautiful & cozy bright basement apartment of 80 m² with a 12 m² terrace is located in a 3rd family house. A little shabby chic and French furnishings. Great for couples, or families with 2-3 kids, for interns or businessmen, for vacationers or cyclists discovering the Lahn and Hesse, family visit near the optic town of Wetzlar. We are family friendly, we speak French, German and English.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relax! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour. A car is absolutely necessary - there is no direct connection to public transport.

In the middle of a beautiful villa district is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince's best location and renovated in 2023. Ground floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping places, also in the living rooms.
