The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth.
