Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy cottage.

Small but cozy, farmhouse on idyllic Fejø is rented as a holiday home. The house is equipped with all necessary gear, but it is not a "de-luxe" house. Especially note that there is no wifi, just as the house is mainly equipped with older furniture and old flea finds. There is also no heat pump, underfloor heating or other new-fashioned amenities, so if you are at high comfort, the house here is absolutely nothing for you: -) It's also freezing cold in the winter!
